Yeah, coming up with all the smoked meats is tough.
We like to smoke meats, so we just had to do some advanced planning. I also decided chicken and turkey was not worth it. Instead of smoking one chicken last month I smoked 4. Instead of smoking one pork butt, I smoked 2. All the leftovers where frozen with the plan to make Brunswick stew. Really the hardest part was finding the right kinds of bbq sauce. All the rest wasn't too bad.
